Community Guidelines
Last Updated: June 2026
These Guidelines keep LiveSaintly a safe and charitable place. By participating in groups, chat, and prayer features, you agree to follow them. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Our Spirit
LiveSaintly is a community of prayer. We are here to build one another up in faith, hope, and charity. Treat every member as you would a brother or sister in Christ. "By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another" (John 13:35).
Be Charitable
- Speak with kindness and patience, even in disagreement.
- Assume good faith. We come from many backgrounds and stages of the journey.
- Pray for those you disagree with rather than attacking them.
What Is Not Allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks.
- Hate speech or content that demeans others by race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, or any protected status.
- Sexual, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Spam, advertising, scams, or solicitation.
- Impersonating others, including clergy or LiveSaintly staff.
- Sharing others' private information without consent.
- Content that is unlawful or contrary to the Catholic purpose of the app, or that mocks the faith, the sacraments, or sacred things.
Prayer Requests & Sensitive Topics
- Prayer requests may be posted anonymously; please respect the vulnerability of others who share.
- Do not give medical, legal, or psychological advice. Encourage one another to seek qualified help when needed.
- If someone may be in danger or crisis, gently encourage them to reach out to a priest, a trusted person, or local emergency services.
Reporting & Blocking
- You can block any user, which hides their content and prevents them from contacting you.
- Report content or behavior that breaks these Guidelines using the in-app tools or by emailing
clergy@besaintlyapp.com. - Group creators may moderate their own groups, including removing members.
Enforcement
When these Guidelines are broken, we may โ depending on the seriousness โ issue a warning, remove content, remove someone from a group, or suspend or terminate an account. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban. If you believe an action was a mistake, you may contact us to ask for a review.
A Final Word
This is holy ground because the people on it are praying. Guard the peace of this community as you would guard the silence of a chapel. Oremus pro invicem โ let us pray for one another.
