Our Commitment

LiveSaintly respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. The Scripture, catechism, prayers, and saints' lives in the app are drawn from public-domain and Church-approved sources. Because our community can post content, this policy explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright.

If you believe content in LiveSaintly infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. Identification of the material in the app and enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Designated Agent

Send copyright notices to dmca@besaintlyapp.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." We review every properly submitted notice and act promptly.

What We Do

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the person who posted it. We may also remove material proactively if we believe it infringes.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@besaintlyapp.com including your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, LiveSaintly will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
